ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our boutique items, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or an error was made with your order.
APPROVED RETURNS
In select cases, a return may be approved at the discretion of Unik-Elegance. Approved returns must meet the following conditions:
Item must be returned within 7 business days of delivery
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags must still be attached
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Approved returns may qualify for store credit only.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable:
Sale or clearance items
Accessories, jewelry, handbags, and bodysuits
White or light-colored items
Preorder items
Items with perfume, smoke, makeup, or odor
Items damaged after delivery
SIZING & PRODUCT DETAILS
Please carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and size recommendations before purchasing. We do our best to provide accurate sizing guidance and detailed product information.
Differences in personal preference such as fit, length, fabric feel, or odor from packaging/dye process are not considered defects.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you promptly.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
