Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! Express shipping options may be available at checkout for customers who need their order sooner.
How much is shipping?
Shipping starts at $10.50 for one item and increases based on package weight and quantity purchased.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote.
I placed multiple orders. Can they be combined?
In some cases, yes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, all sales are final unless otherwise approved by Unik-Elegance.
What if I received the wrong item or a defective item?
Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order with photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.
Can I return an item because of fit, length, or preference?
We provide detailed descriptions, sizing, and measurements whenever possible to help customers shop confidently. Differences in personal preference such as fit, length, color tone, or odor from fabric/dye are not considered defects.
If a return is approved, how does it work?
Approved returns must be sent back in original condition within 7 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. Approved returns are typically issued as store credit.
Live Sales
How do your live sales work?
During our live sales, simply comment “SOLD” with the item number and size to claim an item. Checkout instructions will be Provided during the live show.
How long do I have to pay my invoice?
Invoices must be paid within 8 hours unless otherwise stated. Unpaid invoices may be canceled and the item may move to the next customer on the waiting list.
What happens if I miss a live sale?
No worries! Replays are often available on our Facebook page or VIP group while inventory lasts.
Sizing & Product Information
What sizes do you carry?
We proudly offer sizes Small through 3XL in many of our styles.
Will sold-out items restock?
Some items may restock while others are limited edition or preorder only. Be sure to join our VIP group and follow us on social media for updates.
Do colors look exactly the same in person?
We do our best to display colors accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, ShopPay, AfterPay, Sezzle, and Klarna.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Due to fast order processing and live sale inventory management, cancellations are generally not accepted once an order is placed.
